Summer Holidays
I love the summer. I think it’s probably mostly because I’m from Greece and summer is the most important season in Greece. It’s so important actually that many people start to look very sad in September and say something like “There’s always next year”
For me, summer holidays means relaxing by the beach or a pool somewhere. Are you travelling anywhere this summer? I haven’t arranged my holidays yet. Last year, we went to Sasebo, Hirado and Yamaguchi and we had a great time. Maybe the best time i had last summer was sailing with my daughter in Sasebo. My dream has always been living (and relaxing) by the sea and I hope I can spend as much as possible by the sea this summer too.

私は夏が大好きです。多分私がギリシャ出身で、夏はギリシャにとって最も大事な季節だからです。9月になるとみんな悲しい表情になり、「また来年ッ！」っと言っています。
私にとって夏休みはビーチやプールでリラックスする事です。皆さんはこの夏どこか旅行に行きますか？私はまだ決めていませんが、昨年は佐世保、平戸と山口に行きとても充実した時間を過ごしました。去年の夏は娘と一緒に佐世保でセーリングをしました。私の海の近くに住む事と(リラックスも)そして今年の夏もできるだけ海で過ごしたいと思います。
