Today I’d like to introduce you an expression that we use a lot in English (especially in the world of gyms and training) and is possibly hard to understand. It’s gym rat, and it means someone that works really hard at the gym! Do you know any gym rats?
a person who spends a lot of time at the gym.
Ex: Johnny never leaves the gym. He’s such a gym rat!

例：ジョニーってジムから帰ろうとしないんだ。本当にジムに入り浸りだよね！
