It’s Friday finally and I know what you’ve all been waiting for. Another heart idiom of course!!
Today I’ll introduce you “young at heart”, which means to think and behave younger than your actual age.
young at heart: thinking and behaving as if you are younger than you really are
“Grandma may be nearing 100 but she has always remained young at heart.”
心は若い：実際より自分は若いと思って振る舞うこと
“ばあちゃんは100歳になろうとしているんだけど、いつもはつらつとしたままなのよ。”
