今週末のレッスン内容 – At the Hotel
Hello everyone,
This weekend in our classrooms in Akasaka, Yakuin and Ropponmatsu we’ll be practicing language necessary for when staying at a hotel.
With varying degrees of difficulty depending on the class, we’ll start with checking in and some general questions about hotel facilities and things to do around the hotel. We’ll also practice some more specific requests during our stay and also how to make complaints.
The upper level classes we’ll also practice the language necessary for serving guests and also dealing with complaints.

みなさんこんにちわ。
赤坂校、薬院校、六本松校での今週末のレッスンでは、ホテルに滞在中に必要なフレーズを練習します。
クラスによって難しさは異なりますが、ホテル内やホテル周辺で使える一般的な質問から始めます。そして要望、クレームの練習も行います。
そして上級クラスでは、お客様をもてなす為の必要なフレーズを練習します。
