How to study English－ Retake previous classes

Hello there my advice today is to retake classes that you have already taken before. There are many benefits to this. Firstly reviewing is extremely important, none of us can just magically remember every word or phrase first time round.

Secondly, it gives you a chance to see how you are progressing. Did the class seem easier the second time round? What have you improved on or what do you still need to work on?

Thirdly, we have a lot of new teachers now, this give you a fresh outlook on each class and each teacher will give you something new or a different perspective on each topic ( I just learned a new phrase last week from one of our American teachers)

Lastly, and this is not really connected to retaking classes, remember that it is perfectly okay to ask question, if there was something you didn’t understand while preparing for class, make sure to ask the teacher! That is what we are here for after all and you may be doing your classmates a favour too!

こんにちは、今日の私のアドバイスは前に受けたレッスンをもう一度受ける、ということです。これには多くの利点があります。
まず、復習することはとても大事なことです。私たちは誰も魔法のようにすべての単語やフレーズを1回で覚えられるわけではありません。

2つ目は、あなたの現状を把握できるチャンスだということです。2回目はより簡単に感じましたか？何が上達して何がまだ理解できていなかったですか？

3つ目。いまケンジントンには沢山の新しい講師が増えたので、同じトピックでも講師が違うことで新鮮に感じるでしょうし、どの先生も何か新しいことを教えてくれたり、それぞれのトピックを違う視点で捉えて教えてくれます。（私自身も新しくケンジントンに入ったアメリカ人の先生から、先週新しいフレーズを学びました。）

最後に、同じトピックのレッスンを再度受けることとはそんなに関係ないのですが、質問することは全く問題ないということを覚えておいてくださいね。もし予習をしていて理解できないことがあれば、講師に聞いてください！それが私たち講師がここにいる理由ですし、他のクラスメイトも聞きたいことかもしれませんよ！
