It’s a good idea to include/attach the meeting’s agenda to the notification message or briefly mention the purpose of the meeting and ask the attendees if they’d like to add anything to the agenda.
I’d like to hold/arrange a meeting on Tuesday, January 28th at 2:00 to 3:00 in conference room 2B, to discuss the Kensington Recreation Center project among other things. (proposed agenda attached) Could you let me know if you want anything added on the agenda and your availability by Friday afternoon?
