What we are doing in Kensington

Hi there everyone and a very happy new year to you all! I hope that this year turns out to be a bit better and more fruitful year than last.
We have many new ideas for this year, but I think the one that will directly relate to you most is how all of the team at Kensington are going to be giving each other feedback. From this year, teachers and staff in the school will be encouraged to give each other feedback on our work here at Kensington. This is intended to be constructive with a view to improving our classes/ teaching/ services and how the school is run in general. Any member of staff can give this to another regardless of whether they are kids teachers, adult teachers, staff, or management. All feedback needs to be actionable and with a view to improvement and we really hope it allows us to offer even better services to you!
Looking forward to all the new ideas that come from this so watch this space!

やあ皆さん、明けましておめでとうごさいます！
今年は昨年よりも状況が良くなること、実り多き年になることを祈ります。
ケンジントンでは今年沢山の新しいアイデアがありますが、皆さんに最も直接的に関係しそうなのは、ケンジントンの全てのチームがいかにお互いにフィードバックをして行くかだと思います。
今年からスクールの講師とスタッフは、ここケンジントンで働く中でより密なフィードバックを勧めて行きます。こうやって改善を加えながら、私達の授業、教育法、サービスの向上とスクール運営は建設的になっていくでしょう。キッズの講師、大人の講師、スタッフ、フィードバックは実用的で、向上するためのものである必要があります。私達はこれが皆さんへのより良いサービスに繋がることを心から願っています。
