Improving our Lessons quality
Hello everyone, can you believe it’s already mid February? I have started dreaming about the warm rays of the spring sun. How about you?
At Kensington Eikaiwa, we’re making constant effort to help you, our students improve your English and achieve your study objectives. Lately, teachers are recording some of their lessons and have other teachers evaluate them ( check the good and bad points about them). The purpose of this exercise obviously, is to improve the quality of our lessons. I’m learning a lot from other teachers and I’m sure my lessons will be better.

私は春の暖かい日差しを想い始めています。皆さんはどうですか？
ケンジントン英会話では生徒さんの英語の上達と学習目標達成のお手伝いができる様に努力を続けています。最近ではレッスンを録画して他の講師に評価してもらっています(良い点、改善すべき点をチェックします)
このエクササイズの目的は明確で、レッスンのクオリティの向上です。
他の講師たちから多くの事を学び、私のレッスンも必ずより良くなるはずです。
