This weekend’s lesson topic is about different stages of life so I thought I’d introduce this phrase to you. “long in the tooth”
Long in the tooth simply means getting old. So for example.
“I always feel really tired after the gym nowadays. I’m getting a bit long in the tooth for kickboxing.”
