Changes
Hello there, how’s your week going? Hope you’re on top of things at work, home and wherever you’re. “Changes” is the subject in most of our classes this week. We’ll be having conversations about How we’ve changed in character, physical appearance, (if at all) likes and dislikes over the years, Changes in our community or society and what changes we expect to happen in the future.
Grammar tools: present perfect /used to/time expressions/comparatives…
I think Kyushu summers have become hotter than they used to be years ago.
This neighborhood isn’t as quiet as it used to be when we moved here a decade ago.

今週のレッスンに「Changes（変化）」というテーマがあります。
性格、見た目（もしあれば）、好き嫌いがどのように変化したか、コミュニティや社会の変化、そして将来どのような変化が予想されるかについて英語で話し合います。
使う文法：
現在完了形／used to／時間の表現／比較級
例：
I think Kyushu summers have become hotter than they used to be years ago.
(九州の夏は数年前よりも暑くなってきたと思います。 )
This neighborhood isn’t as quiet as it used to be when we moved here a decade ago.
(この近隣は１０年前にここに引っ越してきた時ほど静かではありません。 )
