To Streamline
Here is a nice easy expression we use in business English to describe the process of making things more simple and efficient. “streamline”. I already mentioned it in another post earlier but we have just done this with our school curriculum so let’s use that in the example sentence.
Example
We have just streamlined our curriculum to make it easier for you to track your progress and know what you will be studying further in advance than you do now.

今日は、物事をよりシンプルかつ効率的にするプロセスを説明するために使う便利な表現「streamline（合理化）」をご紹介します。
前の投稿で言及しましたが、ケンジントン英会話のカリキュラムについて、合理化を行ったばかりなので、例として使ってみましょう。

We have just streamlined our curriculum to make it easier for you to track your progress and know what you will be studying further in advance than you do now.
(進捗状況を追跡し、現在よりもさらに前もって何を勉強するかを簡単に把握できるようにカリキュラムを合理化しました。)
