What we are doing in Kensington
Hiring
Hello everyone,
The last few months in Kensington have been pretty hectic. Our main focus was on hiring, so we spent a lot of time going through new teacher and staff applications, interviewing them online and also meeting them face to face in our classroom for the final stages of our hiring process.
As I’m sure most of you must have noticed, all Kensington teachers are friendly, professional and know what they are doing. That’s mainly because of our hiring process and because we are so careful to employ only what we believe are the right people.
We have hired two new teachers for our kids school and two new staff, and we are still looking for one or two more part time teachers.
Our hiring policy is something that our customers can’t really see or know of, but you can see the benefits of it every time you come to a Kensington classroom and are greeted by a professional teacher with a smile and high motivation to do a good job.

採用
みなさん、こんにちは。
ここ数ヶ月、ケンジントン英会話は多忙をきわめました。
主に注力していたのは採用で、新しい講師とスタッフを募集し、オンラインで面接し、最終段階として実際に教室で会う、という採用プロセスに多くの時間を費やしました。
ほとんどの方が気づいているかと思いますが、ケンジントン英会話のすべての講師はフレンドリーかつプロフェッショナルで、やることに抜かりがありません。
これは主に、先ほど述べた採用プロセスによるものと、適切な人材であると確信した人のみを採用するように注意しているためです。
ケンジントンキッズアカデミーに講師２名とスタッフ２名を採用しましたが、まだ引き続き１、２名のパートタイム講師を探しています。
採用方針はお客様には見えづらいものですが、確かに生徒さんはケンジントン英会話のレッスンに来るたびにそのメリットを実感し、やる気に満ちたプロの講師に笑顔で迎えられるでしょう。
