Try to limit dictionary use in class
Hello there, hope you’re taking it easy this Sunday. The study advice this week is, please
try not to over rely on the dictionary in class. Try to use the simple words you know to express yourself. Checking your dictionary 2-3 times is ok, but more than that is too much. It makes you lose confidence, fluency and it cuts your speaking time.
It’s ok to struggle as you try to search for the right word. I think that’s the reason you come to class.

辞書を2〜3回チェックするのは問題ありませんが、それ以上は多すぎます。
それはあなたに自信と流暢さを失わせ、あなたの話す時間を短くしてしまいます。
正しい単語を知ろうとして努力するのは全く問題ありませんが、それがあなたが英語レッスンを受けている理由ではないかと思います。
