Making Small Talk
Hi there
This weekend the topic for our classes is making small talk. This may sound like an easy class but I have found that it actually requires a fair bit of work so be ready! The aim of the classes this weekend is to keep a natural conversation going just like we would for example at work on a Monday morning. We will discuss the weather, complementing each other’s amazing fashion choices, chatting about the previous weekend’s events, and talking about upcoming plans. In part two we will need our imaginations switched on because we will be catching up with an old friend, discussing our lives in general, work, studies, and more!

こんにちは。
今週末のレッスンのトピックは「Making Small Talk」です。
簡単なテーマのように聞こえるかもしれませんが、実際にはかなりの努力が必要なので、ぜひ準備をしてきてください。
このレッスンの目的は、たとえば月曜日の会社での朝のように、自然な会話を続けることです。
天気について話し、お互いの素晴らしいファッションのチョイスをほめ合い、先週末のイベントについて話し、今後のプランについて話します。
パート2では、想像力を働かせる必要があります。
古い友人と久しぶりに会って、お互いの生活全般、仕事、勉強などについて話し合うからです。
今週末、レッスンでお会いできるのを楽しみにしています。
