What we are doing in Kensington
Beginning of year meetings.
Hi there everyone, as you know we are always trying to improve our lessons, services, and system, and in order to do so we have regular one-on-one meetings with our teachers and staff to get feedback on what we could do better. We are still a relatively small school and are very open to suggestions, comments, requests, or even criticism since they all contribute to us doing an even better job so if you have any things you’d like to see from us in 2022 please feel free to let us know, and we will put the idea up for discussion. Your opinion matters to us just as much as our teachers and staff, so don’t be afraid to ask!

年始のミーティング
皆さんこんにちは。
すでにご存知の様に、私達はいつもレッスンやサービス、システムの向上にに取り組んでいます。そのために、定期的に講師やスタッフと1対1のミーティングを行い、より良くなるためにできることのフィードバックを貰っています。
私達はまだ、比較的小さなスクールなので、提案や意見、要望などがとてもオープンです。批判でさえも、より良い仕事をするための助けになるのです。もし皆さんが2022年から私達に望むことが何かあれば、どうぞお気軽にお知らせ下さい。話し合いの議題にさせて頂くでしょう。講師やスタッフの意見と同じくらい、皆さんの意見も大切です。ぜひ遠慮なくお知らせ下さい！
